Then there is a large table that lists the organs of the body including various glands and the brain stem. For each organ the related chakras are listed for the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems. And then for each of those the muscle relationship is listed. This table is over 4 pages long.

The remainder of the text (over 100 pages) lays out each organ listed in the table, page by page, all other information about the organ and the related muscles including function, meridians, reflexes, nerve supply and chakra information. All this information is supplied with the necessary diagrams and illustrations. The Muscle Chakra Organ Relationship manual covers many aspects not found in other publications. It is not publication for beginners but would suit those who have done at least the Touch For Health series or otherKinesiology courses that cover muscle/meridian relationships.
