Edu-k/Brain Gym Integrated Movements CD
by Paul & Gail Dennison
THE MOVEMENTS:
These Integrated Movements, developed by Paul and Gail Dennison, play an important role in Advanced Edu-Kinesthetics. They balance the structure and feeling of each of the 12 meridians from the ancient system of acupuncture. The movements and accompanying affirmations encourage physical and emotional centering, core muscle awareness and deep breathing. They are a joy to do!
The head positions may be done in whichever way feels most comfortable for the participant. Edu-K movements are effective even if modified by the student to fit his or her needs.
These movements are found to be safe by our students and are intended to enhance any professional health program: however it is wise to seek the advise of your healthcare practitioner before beginning any exercise program.
THE VOICE ON THE TAPE:
Suzy Prudden is a well-known author, lecturer and TV Personality and is a pioneer in the field of fitness. Through movement, affirmations and honoring and acknowledging the sense, Suzy connects the body, mind and spirit creating harmony and self-love.
