Sometimes referred to as the 'Students Guide' or 'Brain Gym Orange', because of its colour - it does not have the detail of the Brain Gym Teacher's Edition manual, but offers all the same Brain Gym movements in a simple straight forward, smaller edition format, with basic 'what for' and 'how to' descriptions. If much more detailed explanations on the exercises are required, the Teacher's Edition is recommended.
