This manual covers the formats (finger mode and Acu Points) and the meanings associated with the 7 major Chakras and 8 minor Chakras. Within each chakra there is the format and meanings (or metaphors) for both Yin and Yang and also for both Over & Under Energy.

The 7 Major Chakras cover Base to Crown and the 8 Major Chakras are Gonadal, Placenta, Liver, Ananda K, Thymus, Ear, Eye and Frontal.
