This CD contains the Flower Meditation from the Level 1 Workshop along with a guided cleansing and purifying meditation. These meditations allow you to tune into the realm of both Spirit and Nature to discover your own inner healing. Many people at the Level 1 Workshop have asked if they would be able to have a copy of the Flower Meditation and we are very happy to make this available. The meditations are available on the CD both with and without background music.
