Tibetan Tingshas (also called Tibetan Cymbals) are sound instruments used traditionally for chanting, ritual offerings & ceremonies by Buddhists.

They are also used for meditation, during healing, space clearing and sound therapy treatment.
By striking one cymbal against the edge of the other they produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound.
